Brazenly Beautiful

Hand-formed porcelain clay in a large, rounded form. Narrow base, but belly swells quickly for a lot of surface area. Burnished terra sigillata, semi-gloss finish. Colours range from deep black, to grey, to blue grey and white. Black almost covers one side, and makes a much smaller appearance on the other. Interesting masked areas in the black. Heavy brick-red ghosting in several areas around the top of the pot -- intense in spots. An exciting pot with plenty of pizazz. Size: 5" tall by 6½ wide.
